About Cecil Waatti

Born and raised in Montana’s Flathead Valley, Cecil Waatti began his career in real estate while attending college in 2012. He started as an office and listing assistant for the commercial real estate firm Grubb & Ellis, where he gained early, hands-on exposure to the industry. It was during this time that Cecil recognized real estate as his long-term professional calling.

In 2014, Cecil obtained his real estate license and, alongside his father, co-founded Landstar Group. The company has grown steadily, and in 2022, Cecil and his father, Matt Waatti, acquired the Coldwell Banker franchise, rebranding the firm from Landstar Group to Coldwell Banker. Cecil continues to own and operate the brokerage today. Over his career, Cecil has transacted over $500,000,000 in real estate. In addition to the brokerage, Matt and Cecil also own and operate Landstar Development, a real estate development company.

Cecil specializes in commercial sales, investment properties, and real estate portfolio building, while also representing clients in high-end residential transactions. He is deeply client-focused, committed to protecting his clients’ best interests, and dedicated to building long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions.
